All plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, right from your own account. Pay a year up front and it is ten months for twelve. Hours reset each month and do not roll over; if you regularly need more, we move you up a plan rather than surprise you with a bill.

Anything not listed in your plan gets quoted before any work starts. You will never get a surprise invoice from me.
Your site runs on enterprise infrastructure with a global CDN and automatic SSL. I monitor uptime and get alerted if something goes down. I respond to care plan requests within one business day, Monday to Friday.
You own all of it.
No twelve-month contract, no platform you can’t leave, and nobody holding your site hostage. If you ever work with someone else, you add them to your account and nothing breaks.
Most companies in this space don’t work that way. I think they should.
