A specialty

Websites for agents who sell new construction.

I’m a licensed Nevada agent (S.0175452) who also designs websites, and new construction is my own focus. So I’ll tell you something most website companies won’t.

Almost every agent website platform is built around an IDX feed. But new construction mostly isn’t in the MLS; builders kept it out for decades. So you’re paying $300 to $1,500 a month for a listing search that doesn’t contain your inventory.

What actually works for our side of the business is different: builder profile pages, community and subdivision pages, floor plan libraries, quick-move-in inventory, incentive tracking, phase and school maps. Built by hand, one at a time.

That matters twice over. Templated IDX pages are duplicated across thousands of agent sites, and Google largely ignores them. Original community content is the only thing in this market that actually ranks.

What it costs

$3,500 to $6,500, and you own it.

$3,500 to $6,500 depending on scope, plus a care plan from $150 a month. No annual contract. You own the site, the domain, and the hosting account outright.

Live, and ranking.

My own network, live and ranking for the areas it covers. Four sites from one design system, each organised by village and builder, with this month’s incentives and a lead form that books a call.
